Police Cite Yonkers Man For Disorderly Conduct
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A Yonkers man was cited for disorderly conduct early Saturday morning after police say he began cursing at officers responding to a car accident on South Broadway in White Plains.
Police say the man, who was not driving a vehicle, was intoxicated at the scene and interfered with the police investigation of an accident near 116 South Broadway at about 3 a.m.
Police charged the man, 24, with disorderly conduct. He was held on $100 bail.
