White Plains, Hospital, Partner for Health Lecture Series

The following was contributed by White Plains Mayor Thomas Roach's office.

Mayor Thomas M. Roach invites all adults ages 50 and over to participate in a series of free and informative lectures.

The City of White Plains has partnered with White Plains Hospital Center to offer these presentations on interesting health related topics geared particularly to the 50+ age group.

The lectures will be presented by local health care professionals.

“Our goal with this lecture series is to make important, health-related information easily accessible to everyone who needs it by bringing it directly into the community,” said Roach. “We hope to continue this partnership with White Plains Hospital in the
future and expand our offerings.”

Kellie Montagnino, Assistant Director of Community Outreach for White Plains Hospital said, "We are pleased to once again partner with the City of White Plains to bring important health information to our hospital community."

The sessions will be held at the City of White Plains Community Center, 65 Mitchell Place, White Plains, NY on Thursdays from 5:00 to 6:00 p.m. Refreshments will be served.
