Sandra Harrison, Neighbor

White Plains, New York: A City of Contrasts is a new book about the city's history and you can get it at the White Plains Library. Sandra Harrison, a former White Plains teacher, wrote and illustrated the book with over 150 photos in color. It is also available at Lulu.com.
