Since it opened its doors in May 2011, the Ronald McDonald House of the Greater Hudson Valley has provided a temporary home for families with critically ill or traumatically injured children. The House is a critical part of a child’s treatment, providing the ability for families to stay together. The organization provides families with a low-cost, safe and comfortable home-like setting with the convenience of being steps away from the hospital. Its staff and volunteers provide comfort and support to families during the most difficult time of their lives.
