Greenburgh Central is hosting a Wellness for Life Expo. The event is open to the public and will feature activities for all ages including a family kid’s fun & fitness zone, live shows with costume characters promoting healthy lifestyles, tennis, yoga and Zumba for kids.
For teens and adults, activities will include: FREE Health Screenings, Workshops/Lectures on topics including: Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, Stress Management, Dementia, and, Alzheimer's awareness. There will be adult dance classes, Yoga Classes, Personal Trainers, as well as organic and natural vendors on-site. The expo will also feature raffles, prizes and music for all to enjoy.
