Freeze Warning Issued for White Plains

Winter is coming.

The National Weather Service (NWS) has issued a freeze warning from 10 p.m. Sunday until 9 a.m. Monday for White Plains

If you're trying to keep the last blooms on your potted plants, you'll want to bring them indoors. Temperatures are expected to dip into the high 20s during the overnight, before slowly rising into the mid-40s Monday.

"The freezing temperatures will kill crops and other sensitive vegetation, bringing an end to the growing season," according to the NWS.
