White Plains Youth Bureau to Offer Free Retail and Office Skills Training

Today’s works place is competitive.  Whether young people are new to the workforce or have prior experience; these training courses will prepare them for success.  Young adults will learn the fundamentals of phone and office etiquette; customer services and professionalism, in addition to a host of other skills.  

The courses are being offered free of charge to White Plains residents 16-24 years of age by the Youth Bureau’s, Youth Employment Office.  Classes begin Oct. 7 and will be offered at the Community Center, 65 Mitchell Place, on Monday & Thursday evenings from 4 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. until Nov. 25.
