White Plains Officials Deem FASNY Environmental Impact Statement Complete

The White Plains Common Council passed a resolution to accept the final environmental impact statement for the French American School of New York as complete Monday night.

FASNY is looking to build a daycare and nursery school through twelfth grade campus at the former site, which would require a special permit granted by the council. The project required FASNY to study the impact its project through a series of environmental impact statements.

The next step in the state environmental review process is for the city to issue its findings before determining whether or not to approve the project.
