Honorable Mayor and Common Council Members

Whereas, having reviewed the Enviornmental Review Record and the Statement of Findings and not withstanding the Modified Proposed Project, the foremost issue not adequately addressed was the maintenance of the character of the neighborhood where I live.
Common sense dictates that there is no mitigation that will allow the Gedney Farms Neighborhood to remain as it is if this Special Permit and Site Plan is approved. 
I urge you to consider this when you vote on Monday, December 9th on the findings.
