 The Great American BBQ Co. Which
caters regional BBQ in the tri state area for the last 15 years will be opening
the first "Pop-up" restaurant in Westchester on Nov. 1st thru 30th.
This innovative concept will treat Westchester diners to amazing BBQ food closing
out a terrific summer and actually right in the middle of Hudson Valley
Restaurant Week. We will be open for lunch and dinner 7 days a week for 30
days! Peter Herrero says; “For many years, our BBQ clients always ask us when
we are going to open up a BBQ restaurant. We’ve been searching for a suitable
site, then the light bulb went off when we looked at each other and said; why
don’t we just do it here”! “If it works, we then will reopen the concept as a
seasonal restaurant from May through November in 2014” Where? Right next to
Sam’s of Gedney Way. David Pellon, Director of catering will transform the
decor with an upscale BBQ motif.  All BBQ will be rubbed, smoked and slow
roasted on site by our Pit Master, Pancho Diaz, who’s been honing his bbq skills
for over 15 years. Executive Chef, Joseph Sasso says; Pancho’s excited and
ready to start smoking!” Among the specialties of the Great American BBQ Co
will be cueing up; POTATO & CORN “CHOWDA” Bacon, cheddar,
scallions, bbq dust 5.95“TWO STEP” CHILI Bowl of Brisket, chuck, pinto
beans, topped with cheese, scallions, sour cream 8.95 BARBEQUE CHOPPED
“TABLE” SALAD 
Tossed greens with bell peppers, red onions, tomatoes,
