Several news outlets are reporting that Ophadell Williams, 41, has been found not guilty of 53 of 54 felony charges stemming from a fatal bus crash on Interstate 95 in May 2011.
A jury in State Supreme Court in the Bronx found Williams, who was driving the bus at time of the crash, guilty of one misdemeanor charge: aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle.
Fifteen passengers were killed in the crash. It took place near border of the Bronx and Westchester County.
