High Work in Cold Weather [VIDEO]

City workers take to cherry picker in blustery January weather.

Sixteen-degree temperatures coupled with blustery weather aren't the ideal conditions to head 30 feet above ground in a cherry picker, but city workers in White Plains Wednesday had no choice.

A team of two were mending the lights latched onto the towering flagpole at the corner of Main Street and Court Street downtown at 12:30 p.m.
