Reptile Expo Draws Thousands to County Center [PHOTOS]

Animals that creep, crawl and slither are popular pets.

Snakes, lizards, frogs, insects and other creatures drew people from across the Tri-state area to the Westchester County Center in White Plains on Sunday for the New York Metro Reptile Expo.

Animals that make a lot of people cringe are actually very popular pets and thousands of people came to pick out their favorites, buy food or other supplies, clothing and other items.

The Reptile Expo comes to the facility several times each year with the next one being Sunday Feb. 24 from 10 a.m. until 4 p.m.
