St. Patrick's Parade Brings Thousands to County Seat

Thousands line Mamaroneck Avenue for the 15th annual parade.

Thousands of people lined both sides of Mamaroneck Avenue in downtown White Plains for the city's 15th Annual St. Patrick's Day Parade.  This year's grand marshal was Father Thomas Collins, president of Archbishop Stepinac High School.
