Results Counted from All Voting Districts in White Plains

All of the unofficial tallies from Tuesday’s races in White Plains have been accounted for, according to Westchester County Board of Elections.

In the mayor's race, incumbent Thomas Roach, a Democrat, received 76 percent of the vote to defeat his Republican opponent, Cass V. Cibelli. Cibelli received 24 percent of the vote.

In the Common Council race, Democratic incumbents Beth Smayda, John Martin and John Kirkpatrick defeated Republican candidates AnneMarie Encarnacao, Claudia Murphy and Carl Albanese. Martin and Smayda received 22 percent of the vote, while Kirkpatrick pulled in 21 percent followed by Murphy with 13 percent, Encarnacao with 12 percent and Albanese with 11 percent.

In the race for District 5 of the County Board of Legislators, which covers White Plains and Scarsdale, Democrat Ben Boykin II defeated Republican candidate Miriam Flisser. Boykin pulled in 58 percent of the vote, while Flisser received 42 percent.
