AMERICA'S SUNDAY SUPPER FINANCIAL LITERACY WORKSHOP

You are cordially invited to attend "America's Sunday Supper" on Sunday, January 19, 2014, 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. at Bethel Baptist Church, 1 Fisher Court, White Plains, NY 10601 sponsored by Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Inc., Zeta Nu Omega, Xi Chi Omega, and Pi Iota Omega Chapters.  The workshop entitled "Financial Literacy – What your child needs to know about saving & investing" is patterned after the suppers Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. hosted during the height of the Civil Rights Movement. At these events, King gathered the community to seek solutions to challenges facing society. The seminar is free, dinner and materials will be provided. 
Topics Include: • 7 steps to saving• College / Emergency Fund • Compound Interest  • Interest Rate• Money Market 
Come dine with us as we discuss money management and financial literacy for your high school  and  middle school child.
