You probably know about the many health and cancer risks of smoking.  Do you know about the risks from secondhand and thirdhand smoke to you, your unborn child, your children, your pets and anyone else exposed?

Find out how stopping does not have to be so hard.  Once you have decided to stop smoking, then it is time to prepare.  You will learn what is involved in preparation, and tips on how to deal with stress, cravings, and withdrawal symptoms.

Seating is limited:  please call 914 421-1500, ext. 0 to reserve a place.  A suggested donation of $5 to the American Cancer Society is appreciated but not necessary.

Presented by Jean Swanson, Tobacco Treatment Specialist. She completed her training at the University of Medicine and Dentistry New Jersey School of Public Health.  Jean also is a certified facilitator for the Freedom from Smoking  (American Lung Association) program.
