Claymation for African-American History Month

In honor of Black History Month the White Plains Library will host a four-part claymation workshop in which the participants will tell the life story of three famous African Americans. Westchester artist Susan Ordahl will discuss the general principals of animation, guide participants through the process of building characters made out of clay, and help participants develop effective story ideas. The finished claymation video will be posted on YouTube. 20 participants max. Registration is not required but greatly appreciated. For teens - high school. Snacks will be served.
