The Mount Holyoke Club of Westchester is pleased to present a panel discussion of Sisters in Public Service on Saturday, November 10, 2012 at the Woman's Club of White Plains, 305 Ridgeway Avenue, White Plains, New York, from 9:00 am to 12 noon.
In Secretary of State Hillary Clinton's initiative to promote more women into public service, she charged the Presidents of the Five Sisters Colleges with responsibility for supporting women who are seeking careers in government leadership.
Congresswoman Nita Lowey, Mount Holyoke College '59 will be among the ten panelists representing the Sister Schools, ranging from highly experienced to newly aspiring leaders. The event begins at 9:00 am with a continental breakfast. A panel discussion follows at 10:00 am. All are invited and there is no admission fee, although RSVP's are appreciated.
