THE WESTCHESTER RECOGNIZE AND REWARD SHOPPERS DURING THIS HOLIDAY SEASON

The mission at The Westchester this holiday season is to recognize and reward the loyal shoppers who have made both malls their retail destinations of choice.

Shopping at the mall is like a box of chocolates – you never know what you’re going to get. And that’s the point.  It’s exciting – finding that perfect holiday gift either for that special someone on your list or yourself!

“We’re building on that excitement this holiday season with our recently launched Simon Secret Santa program,” said Paula Kelliher, area director of mall marketing for The Westchester. “Shoppers should be on the lookout for mall management staff distributing ‘surprise-and-delights’ to unsuspecting customers. These ‘surprise-and-delights’ can be anything from candy and refreshments, to vouchers for free lattes, to special retailer offers. Running throughout the holiday season, this program is designed to acknowledge and thank our shoppers and add a personal touch to shopping at their favorite mall.”

The Westchester also will be staffed with Greeters to assist shoppers. Friendly Greeters will be stationed at mall directories during holiday weekends and on Christmas Eve helping shoppers with directions, answering questions, distributing retailer offers and providing an insider’s perspective on the best deals and gift ideas for the holiday season.

And at The Westchester, Holiday Helpers, located at busy entrances, are helping shoppers carry their bags to their cars.  This service is available every Friday, Saturday and Sunday throughout the holiday season and on Christmas Eve.
