HIPrana in White Plains

HIPrana was initially created by Slavica Milosevska to make exercise fun, to burn calories, define the abs and tone up. HIPrana uses yoga to stretch the body into shimmying movements as done in belly dancing. It is geared to simultaneously isolate one part of the body as another part moves slowly or rigorously. For example, while isolating the upper body, the hips lift, drop, rotate and shimmy. It is ideal for weight loss and flexibility and is for "every-body" from beginners to advanced practitioners and from kids to older adults.
