MATH & SCIENCE EARLY EDUCATION CONFERENCE

Preschool teachers build
robust science and math curriculum in the early education classroom

Join us for an educational conference on math
and science early education on Friday, December 6, 2013 from 8:00am - 12:00pm
at the Fordham University
(400 Westchester Avenue West, Harrison, NY 10604).


The event’s speakers include Cindy Bess, Founder of The Bess Choice and Lynda Merchant, President of Westchester Association for the Education of
Young Children
.

Coordinated by YWCA White Plains & Central Westchester and Child Care
Council of Westchester, this free event is made possible with support from Con
Edison and Fordham University.

The Math and
Science for Early Years Conference will focus on bringing science and math education
to young students and ways in which to incorporate these concepts in the preschool
classroom. Program overview will include how early care and education programs
are laying the groundwork for higher levels of science and math learning.
