Violinists Jorg-Michael Schwartz and Karen Marie Marmer, known as the Black Marble Duo, return to Downtown Music at Grace to play works by Emmanuel Barbella, Pietro Locatelli, Jean-Marie LeClair and W.A. Mozart on instruments of the period. Schwarz and Marmer are co-directors of the internationally acclaimed REBEL Ensemble for Baroque Music and have performed at the Metropolitan Museum of Art, Kendal-on-Hudson Concert Series and Midtown Concerts in New York City.
