Turkish Cultural Center Westchester Ramadan Dinners

The Turkish Cultural Center Westchester will be hosting 8 Ramadan Dinners throughout Westchester County. The purpose of the dinners is to promote Turkish culture,the importance of Ramadan, provide a basic knowledge of Ramadan while sharing food and building friendships. The programs will begin with a welcome speech and a short video presentation about Ramadan. Each dinner will have a different keynote speaker who will explain the meaning of Ramadan, followed by a call to prayer, dinner and entertainment. Each program will begin at 7:30 PM and conclude at 9:30 PM. The dates and locations for each dinner are as follows: 

  • June 30 – Ethical Culture Society of Westchester, located at 7 Saxon Woods, White Plains 
  • July 2 – Westchester Reformed Temple, located at 255 Mamaroneck Rd., Scarsdale
  • July 7 – All Souls Parish Church, located 55 Parkway Dr. Port Chester 
  • July 10 – Harrison Public Library, located at 2 Bruce Ave., Harrison
  • July 14 – Shaarei Tikvah Synagogue, located at 46 Fox Meadow Rd. Scarsdale 
  • July 15 – Temple Israel Center 280 Old Mamaroneck Rd., White Plains 
  • July 16 – Bedford Presbyterian Church, located at 44 Village Green, Bedford 
  • July 21 – Turkish Cultural Center Westchester, located at 133 East Main St., Elmsford.  These events are free of charge, open to all and require an RSVP as space is limited. Please send your RSVP to RSVP@tccwestchester.org. Please indicate which event you will be attending.
