Sharpening the Saw

A group from our office recently attended Franchise Systems Orientation in Austin, TX.  It is my third time attending this event.  When we first joined the Keller Williams Realty organization I had heard that Keller Williams was a training and consulting company at its heart.  That is so true.  Networking with over 200 other people from throughout North America on best practices for running a successful Real Estate office is humbling.   And the sharing that takes place at this event is phenomenal. 

And the Proof?  Out of over 900 Real Estate offices in the Multiple Listing Service our White Plains Market Center is in the top 10 for closings so far this year.  How did we get there?  To some extent it is due to the talent and tenacity of the Salespeople and Brokers affiliated with our office.  It is also due to the fact that we do constantly train on ways to improve how we do business and run our business. 

Real Estate sure has changed since I initially entered the field over 2 decades ago.  Our office has embraced technology and I am proud of how this benefits our Clients and enables our agents to succeed at a higher level in this ever changing business.
