2 Women Accused of Narcotics Possesion

The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

Police arrested two women they say were using narcotics in a White Plains parking garage early Saturday morning.

Kyrie Nicastri, 24, of Brewster, and Meghan Spencer, 25, of Eastchester were both charged with seventh-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance and second-degree loitering, misdemeanors.

While patrolling the City parking garage at 9 Chester Ave. just after 1:40 a.m., police say they noticed two women acting suspiciously in a silver Honda. Police found two Zip-loc bags in one of the women's pocketbooks, according to an arrest report. Police say one of the bags contained cocaine, the other crushed prescription pills.

The women were transported to police headquarters and later released on $150 bail.
