There were seven instances where people arrested for disorderly conduct violations between midnight and 4 a.m. on New Year’s Day in White Plains.

Jay Dollinger was already pulled over in front of 54 Woodcrest Ave. on Saturday afternoon for allegedly swerving over the double yellow line in his Range Rover, when a cab driver pulled up and told police that the Ranger Rover allegedly hit his taxi, and then fled.

The 48-year-old White Plains resident allegedly smelled of alcohol and was unable to stand, according to police reports. Police said that Dollinger first refused to take a Breathalyzer, then blew .24. 

Man Says He Was Randomly Stabbed on Quarropas

A 21-year-old Greenburgh man says he was stabbed by a man wearing a black hooded sweatshirt and blue bandanna after he walked by a group that was fighting. The victim, who sustained a non-life threatening stab wound understand his right armpit and was taken to Westchester Medical Center, says he did not know anyone in the group or why he was targeted. The incident constitutes a felony assault in the second degree.

Man Urinates on Parked Car

A Valhalla man was arrested for allegedly urinating on a parked car from the edge of the sidewalk facing the roadway in front of , at 154 Mamaroneck Ave.
