Police: Bar Fight Leads to Assault Charge

The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A White Plains man was arrested early Thursday after police say he punched another man in the face during a bar fight and then hit him with two bar stools.

Seth Troche, 22, of 23 Longview Ave., was charged with third-degree assault, a misdemeanor. Police say Troche was in the back of at 93 Mamaroneck Ave. when a small fight broke out. Police say Troche punched a 23-year-old man who ran to beak things up in the face at about 12:57 a.m. 

According to an arrest report, Troche then threw two bar stools at the man while he was on the ground, striking him once in the head.

A bouncer from the bar identified Troche when police arrived and Troche was arrested and held without bail at police headquarters.
