Police Charge White Plains Man With Drunk, Drugged, Driving
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
Police charged a White Plains man with driving under the influence of drugs and alcohol this week during a traffic stop on Martin Luther King Blvd.
Terrance Reed, 25, of 155 Ferris Ave., was arrested just before 4 a.m. on Nov. 30. Police say Reed was stopped for pulling his vehicle into traffic from a parking space without signaling. During the stop an officer reported smelling alcohol and marijuana.
Police also noticed a bag that appeared to contain marijuana sticking out of Reed's pocked, according to an arrest report. A field sobriety test was conducted at the scene, which police say Reed failed.

Reed was arrested at the scene and charged with driving while intoxicated and driving while ability impaired, misdemeanors. Police say Reed did not comply during a blood-alcohol test, resulting in an additional ticket. Police also charged Reed with unlawful possession of marijuana, a violation.
