Police: Man Caught Buying Ecstasy Outside City Bar
The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.
A Greenwich man faces a felony charge after police spotted him buying ecstasy pills in a White Plains parking garage, police say.
Dustin Zaccagnino, 32, of 37 Nutmeg Dr., was charged with criminal possession of a controlled substance in the 4th degree, a felony.
Police were conducting surveillance near the garage at 9 Chester Ave. at about 11:58 p.m. on Nov. 23. Police say Zaccagnino pulled into the garage with a passenger who exited the car and walked into a nearby bar. The passenger returned a few minutes later and handed Zaccagnino several small items and left, according to an arrest report.

Zaccagnino then left the garage, but was stopped by police at the intersection of Maple Ave. and S Broadway. Police say the found four ecstasy pills in a cigarette box found in Zaccagnino's pant's pocket.
Zaccagnino was processed at police headquarters and held for arraignment.
