He's been charged with DWI and unlawful possession of marijuana.

A 25-year-old from White Plains was arrested in Cortlandt March 27 by state police after a traffic stop.

He provided a breath sample which yielded a Blood Alcohol Content of .10% and was issued Uniform Traffic Tickets ordering him to appear before the Town of Cortlandt Justice Court on April 4, 2014, police said.
