Police: Trespasser Was Looking for 'Sexual Favors'

The following arrest information was provided by the White Plains Police Department, it does not indicate a conviction.

A City man police say was trespassing in the Winbrook Housing Complex Friday morning told police he was in the building looking for "A Puerto Rican female whom does sexual favors for him", according to an arrest report.

Luis Madueno, 30, was arrested and charged with criminal trespass, a misdemeanor.

Police say Madueno looked suspicious at about 1:15 a.m. when he walked into the housing complex at 159 S. Lexington Ave. After Madueno walked out of a back exit, police questioned him on Post Road.

When police asked what Madueno was doing in the complex, he told them the female he was looking for lives somewhere in the complex and he was looking around for her.

Because Madueno did not live in the complex and had no reason to be there, he was arrested for trespassing, police say. Police also discovered an outstanding warrant for a disorderly conduct charge, according to a report.
