White Plains Man Charged with DWI
The following arrest information was supplied by local police departments. It does not indicate a conviction.
A 67-year-old White Plains man was arrested on Feb. 29 after crashing his car into another parked vehicle, according to Bedford police.
The city resident, was traveling north on Bedford Road in Katonah when he hit a parked car near the intersection of Bedford Road and The Terrace. Officers responded to the scene and administered field sobriety tests, which he failed.

During their investigation they found an open bottle of wine in White Plains man's car.
He was taken to police headquarters where he refused a chemical test. The 67-year-old was charged with DWI and failure to keep right, then released on $250 bail pending a return to town court.
