White Plains Man Charged with Felony Drug Possession, DWI in Cortlandt

State troopers arrested Dominick Dellorletta, 44, of White Plains, Sunday after he was allegedly found with cocaine during a traffic stop on Route 9 in Cortlandt.

Dellorletta was charged with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony; driving while intoxicated, a misdemeanor; and speeding, an infraction.

Troopers stopped Dellorletta at about 1 a.m. while he was driving north on Route 9, near the intersection of Warren Road. Dellorletta was allegedly driving 75 miles per hour in a 55 mph zone.

During the stop, troopers allegedly found cocaine and determined Dellorletta was drunk. He was arrested and sent to Westchester Couty Jail with bail set at $5,000.
