White Plains Man to Appear in Greenburgh Court for Felony DWI Charge

A 36-year-old White Plains man is scheduled to appear in Greenburgh town court Friday after state troopers charged him with felony counts of DWI and driving without a license last month.

State police arrested Oscar Flores, 36, of White Plains, on Sept. 30 and charged him with driving while intoxicated and first-degree aggravated unlicensed operation following a traffic stop on the Sprain Brook Parkway in Greenburgh.

At about 10:15 p.m., police said they saw Flores fail to change lanes for an emergency vehicle. Troopers said Flores appeared to be intoxicated after they stopped his vehicle and they transported him to police headquarters in Hawthorne.
