White Plains Police Arrest Two Men for Smoking Marijuana Laced with PCP

Two men were arrested and charged with felony drug possession after they were allegedly found with marijuana and PCP in White Plains Friday.

White Plains police arrested James Taylor, 25, of White Plains, and Jonathan Larywon, 20, of Rye Brook, and charged them with fifth-degree criminal possession of a controlled substance, a felony. 

At about 1:31a.m., police allegedly observed Taylor and Larywon acting suspiciously while sitting on park bench on West Post Road, in front of the Post Road Elementary School. Police said the men were taking puffs from a rolled cigar and passing it to each other.

When police confronted the suspects, they allegedly noticed the smell of marijuana and phencyclidine, also known as PCP.

Police were able to located the cigar along with Ziplock bag containing more than  50 milligrams of PCP.

Both men were arrested and arraigned. Taylor remains in Westchester County Jail with a bail of $7,500. Larywon was not in jail as of Monday evening.
