Astorino Offers Fiscal Forecast for Second Term

County Executive Rob Astorino, newly sworn in for his second four-year term, offered something of a State of the County address as he spoke recently before the Business Council of Westchester at Tappan Hill in Tarrytown.

The state of the county is, in a word, bright, and Astorino emphasized that his previous focus on those “three P’s: Protect taxpayers, Preserve services, and Promote economic growth” will continue with the most attention on economic growth.
