James E. Johnson, the federal monitor for Westchester County's housing settlement with HUD, is giving an update at the county Board of Legislators Committee of the Whole meeting.
The meeting, which is open to the public, is taking place in the BOL conference room on the 8th floor of the Michaelian Office Building in White Plains.
