Today is the Fourth of July. Most federal, state and local government offices are closed. There will be no mail delivery. Many businesses are open.
- The White Plains Public Library, along with other local libraries, are closed.
- White Plains will not pickup recyclables today.
- Most banks will be closed today with the exception of TD Bank, which will stay open until 1 p.m.
- State courts: closed
- New York Stock Exchange (NYSE): closed
- U.S. Post Offices: closed
- State government offices: closed
- Local town offices: closed
- Supermarkets are open
- Liquor stores: open
