Tour the Farmers Market with a Ritz-Carlton, Westchester Chef

Locals Can Learn How to Source the Season’s Best Bounty

Ever wonder how chefs find and choose produce for the creative dishes that highlight their daily menus? The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester gives some insight to the process with its “Farmers Market Trip with Chef” every Wednesday, beginning August 14, at 2PM with Executive Sous Chef Kennardo Holder. The exclusive one-on-one experience is free and open to the public.

“Although many locals frequent the farmers market, walking through the abundant supply of fresh and local products is much different when accompanied by a professional,” said Jeff Dziak, General Manager, The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester. “The Ritz-Carlton, Westchester is thrilled to turn a trip to the farmers market into a fun, inspiring and educational experience.”
