Snow Flurries Descend on White Plains Tuesday Morning
A mixture of rain and snow could possibly hit the area this morning, according to the National Weather Service.
The National Weather Service is forecasting a chance of rain and snow showers before 9 a.m., then a slight chance of snow showers between 9 a.m. and noon.
It is expected to be cloudy through mid-morning, but the sky is expected to clear and temperatures are expected to reach a high near 40. Nighttime temperatures are expected to drop to 24.
