Madcap Comedy with The Fox on the Fairway in White Plains, May 16 - June 1

“Three words best describe The Fox on the Fairway… Hilarious, hilarious, and hilarious. The audience was howling with joy.” - The Examiner

The Fox on the Fairway is phenomenally funny!” - New Jersey Star Ledger

The White Plains Performing Arts Center (WPPAC) invites you to laugh off your golf shirt at the New York regional premier of THE FOX ON THE FAIRWAY, a tribute from Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) to the great English farces of the 1930s and 1940s, which will be onstage from May 16 – June 1.

The Fox on the Fairway takes audiences on a hilarious romp which pulls the rug out from underneath the stuffy denizens of a private country club. Filled with mistaken identities, slamming doors, and over-the-top romantic shenanigans, it’s a furiously paced comedy that recalls the Marx Brothers’ classics. A charmingly madcap adventure about love, life, and the eternal love affair with…golf.

Ludwig’s Lend Me A Tenor received rave reviews when it was performed at the White Plains Performing Arts Center in March 2012.  The Fox on the Fairway will also be directed by Jeremy Quinn, producing artistic director at WPPAC.
