The congregation of Young Israel of White Plains started in the home of a family in 1986, and later moved to another…More location in town. By the year 2000, the orthodox synagogue was built at the current location, in a residential area of White Plains. The Youth program has steadily grown to over 100, as has the social hall.</p> <p>In 2010 the congregation has made another plan to expand to serve its growing community.</p> <p> </p>
