Butterfield 8 in White Plains to Stay Open on Thanksgiving

Don’t feel like going through the hassle of cooking up a big bird with all the fixings this Thanksgiving.

Well, here’s some good news. Butterfield 8, located at 147 Mamaroneck Ave. in White Plains, will be open on Thanksgiving and is offering a number of brunch, buffet and a la carte specials .

Guests can make reservations for the Thanksgiving buffet, which will be offered from 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. The spread will include roasted turkey, honey glazed ham, stuffing, gravy, potatoes, yams, haricot vert casserole, mac & cheese, mixed green salad station, caesar salad, fruit salad, pasta salad, dinner rolls and pumpkin and pecan pie for dessert. The Thanksgiving buffet is $35 per person and $15 per person for children under 12. Reservations can be made by calling 914-358-4881.

If that isn’t enough, the restaurant’s Saturday and Sunday brunch menu will be offered from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m. on Thanksgiving day.

Brunch items include:

• Paris Omelet with wild mushroom, asparagus, black truffle and brie

• New York Omelet with smoked salmon, red onion, cured olives, chives and borsin cheese

Guests can also take advantage of the Bottomless Brunch special as well, which includes bottomless mimosas, bloody mary’s and bellini’s. The Bottomless Brunch is $15 a person with the purchase of an entrée.

Butterfield 8 will also serve its regular lunch and dinner menu. Guests looking for a simple, delicious meal can order a la carte off the menu all day. Menu options include shareable appetizers, savory pizzas, tasty sandwiches and satisfying entrées.
